Staff was responsive to needs and requests; communicated well and in a timely manner. Others had mentioned the noise from the street below; if you are a light sleeper, it can keep you awake! I didn’t expect the noise to continue into the middle of the night (3 to 5 am local time). It was quiet during the day!! We kinda got used to it after a few days. The water was warm but never as hot as we would have liked. We were not fans of walking past the recycling/trash bins in order to get to the room. It was surprising as no one had mentioned it. I initially thought we were in the wrong place.
