Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredible property in an incredible location that we enjoyed immensely. Playa la Bocana feels far removed from the rest of Huatulco, at times almost like a private beach (at least when we were there in August), and its natural beauty - in particular where the Copalita river meets the sea - was quite memorable. The house had a minor issue or two but nothing worth highlighting. Judith and Camerino were wonderful and kind. We would go back again for sure."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, our four teenagers stayed in Casa Lupita located in Playa La Bocana in the Huatulco region of Oaxaca. We rented the house from July 25, 2026 through August 1, 2026. The house is a quiet neighborhood just steps away from Playa La Bocana. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to relax. Our teens stayed on the first floor and my husband and I enjoyed the spacious master bedroom that has so much space, with a shower/steam bath. Every room has their own tv, the three bedrooms downstairs share two full bathrooms. Every day we would enjoy the pool after spending time at the beach or at end of a tour. The staff at Casa Lupita is kind and professional. Gerardo would help us out with any questions and give us rides to La Crucecita or the supermarket and we would pay him a cab fare. Laura, the housekeeper would come in daily to keep the house clean, wash dishes and do laundry and Jose Luis would take care of maintenance in the property. Our family felt safe and comfortable and we were provided with excellent attention and service by the staff. We chose Casa Lupita for its comfortable space, beauty, closeness to Playa La Bocana and also because we knew that our stay there would support the endeavors of the Lupita Project in Huatulco which improves the quality of life for those living in Huatulco and the coastal Oaxaca who suffer from physical and mental disabilities and who have no other resources available. Their focus is to provide orthopedic and medical services to give people the dignity that comes with independence and mobility. We highly recommend staying at Casa Lupita, for its comfort, beauty and purpose."

"Beautiful home, plenty of space, very clean, loved the rooftop pool- heated by the sun! Very short walk away from the beach..quiet&safe little town. AC worked well and fast. No grocery store or bank in the area so plan accordingly ahead of time :)Recommend downloading offline map if needed as service is nearly non existent (with Freedom Mobile).A few great local restaurants nearby.Host was quick and easy to communicate with.Would recommend this spot to anyone!"

"Wonderful stay. As advertised. Beach was even nicer than we expected (you almost have it to yourself!) but do be careful. It is good to rent a car if you plan to travel into town. The host Anna Paula was very communicative and helpful and helped arrange groceries, breakfast and one in home dinner which made the stay easier. Recommend this place! Mark and family. "
