SEA BREEZE AT COOBOWIE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and is perfect for 4 couples with a short walk to the beach and pub. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric under bench oven with ceramic stove top, microwave, filtered water tap, dining, living area with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, large TV, DVD, ceiling fans. Main bedroom with ensuite, wall mounted TV, built in robe. Main bathroom with full size bath, walk-in shower, vanity, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. Gas BBQ. Rear undercover deck with outdoor setting. Pullout clothesline. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Garage not for guests use. Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - queen Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A short walk to the Coobowie Hotel and the beach. Lots of space in the property with 4 x queen beds, 2 bathrooms. Good sized kitchen and living area, plus two outdoor seating areas/decks. But, BYOB bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc, etc isn’t ideal. A few details are missing or unfinished. A couple of furniture items were broken by previous guests but not removed - e.g. the chair that collapsed under me. A little more attention to the details would go a long way.
