"Our air conditioner had a leak in the floor was completely soaked. We called the front desk. They sent a maintenance guy up to look at it and it just got worse and worse. Every day until we had water like pooled under the carpet. Everything felt damp, and if anything hit the floor it was soaked."

"Hotel was just ok. You probably could do better. Was there for a baseball tournament and needed a room for 5. Not overly clean. Had to constantly ask for towels both in the room and pool. Beach was nice and my kids loved the pool and game room but will not be staying again."
