Excellent hotel with the most fabulous staff. I have never stayed in a hotel before where every single staff member has been so polite and helpful all throughout the stay. It was a real pleasure and a credit to them. I couldn’t recommend the hotel highly enough.

The staff, specifically Ana and Alexsandra, went above & beyond any reasonable expectations to help in an unexpected change to our needs. The central location of the hotel was perfect for a family vacation. The standard rooms are on the small side, truly making any more than two adults impossible in one room. The amenities were fine, nothing spectacular but that’s not what it marketed itself as. We’d recommend this property to anyone on their vacation to Lisbon especially if the plan was for a “home base” to venture out from.

Our stay was amazing. In the perfect location - so easy to get around and close to everything. Room was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool area was gorgeous and quaint. Staff was also extremely welcoming and kind and accommodating for any needs through the stay. Highly, highly recommend.

This is an underrated resort. Sparkling clean, well-equipped apartments, lovely staff, and great views over the Ocean, albeit at a slight distance. Facilities are very good, and the onsite restaurant is so good, it draws a crowd of non-residents. Highly recommended.
