"We had issues from the start. I'm not sure if it was the hotels fault or Expedia/hotels.com. I prepaid THANK GOODNESS. I added a day 2 weeks before my trip. The hotel was booked and didn't have my info. I had proof I prepaid. Took almost a hour to get into a room. I could hear beeping in the hall way.. the smoke detector. It took them two tries to change the batteries. There were others beeping too as we could hear them IN OUR ROOM. Towels were damp and thread bare.. like see through! The floor was icky with a weird film on it. I could have been a part of the neighbors conversation as we heard every word through the walls. There was a kitchenette, but nothing to use the stove with... The microwave barely worked and the turn table in it didn't fit. The water was hot and the bed decent. Live and learn."

"The hotel was okay. But I don’t like my kids walking by people outside smoking weed! We were there for a cheer competition got there late and it was the only place that had rooms. But I personally wouldn’t stay again."

"This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast! A very welcoming environment ♡ ☆☆☆☆☆"

"IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything actually. Very awkward check in and stay. Wouldn’t stay again ."
