Comfortable but encounter made me nervous.
Room was clean and comfortable. I was thankful they had vacancy last minute.. There were only two issues with my stay. The Continental bar was basically bare. I stay at La Quinta often and it was nowhere near what they normally have. My other issue was housekeeping came to my door twice before checkout and both times, even though I called out that I was on my way to the door, the door was opened and they attempted to undo the top lock with their hands. Once I opened the door they apologized and left, but that made me extremely nervous.
The first room was dirty, hair and lint in the bed. No remote for the tv, no breakfast, could not enter the lobby, the doors were locked the entire stay. When I asked for coffee, they poured 2 cups and brought it outside to us. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
This hotel is older but kept very clean and everything worked and was complete. There was a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, fridge, etc. -- all in working order.
It's close to a major road and I could hear lots of traffic from my room.
The ownership was friendly and the rates were excellent.
The grounds were well lit.
The person who checked me in was nice and friendly giving you a sense of professionalism with caring attitude. Very impress with him. But the conditions of the room from uncleanliness to terrible place.
I liked the friendliness of the staff, the late check-in option, and the Wi-Fi.
I didn't like that there was a cigarette burn on one of the hand towels, or that snacks could only be paid for in cash (it's 2023, folks, and everybody takes cards).
Spiders creepy bugs so dirty blood on the wall .. I need a refund now .. I had my baby there and couldn't leave because I used my only money to get this room.. it was foul

Got a headache from the smell of mothballs. The hotel has a no pet policy yet they have roaches as pets. There front lobby is closed and they said they would give us breakfast like we're in prison, through a window...
I mean it's fine and overall it's ok. 15 bucks a night cheaper and this would make sense
Would I stay here again, in a pinch, yes.
