"me and my partner paid extra for private mud bath and spa the staff at the spa were excellent taking us to a private area and making us feel very welcomed around the area. The reception staff were also very helpful and the restaurant was a reasonable price amazing and fast service and the food was amazing would definitely recommend and be staying again"

One note for hotel management: Staircase opposite front entrance that leads down to car park is in a poor state. Loose steps/slabbing. Trip hazard and it needs a handrail fitted. "
