Located in a quiet neighbourhood near Pinar de Roche, El Guillargon is a perfect retreat for the whole family. The house has a spacious living room with air conditioning and a large window that opens onto the porch, from where you can see the swimming pool (7 x 4 wide/long and with a depth of 135 to 145 cm), the garden and the covered barbecue area. This space becomes the centre of fun and relaxation and provides the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. 4 sun loungers are available. The eat-in kitchen, open to the living room, is also equipped with everything you need: Oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The house has two bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (135 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans available, The house is equipped with two bathrooms with shower: one in the house and one near the barbecue and pool area. With its peaceful location near the Roche pine forest, this holiday home offers the perfect combination of relaxation and exploration.
