They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. "Beautiful place, rooms are lovely and facilities are great. The only negatives are the rituals are booked on a paper sheet and numbers are very limited, we were there for 2 days and didnt manage to get on a single one even though only 2 of us. Would have been better if I could have prebooked online. Also we needed to leave at 7am but reception was closed and of the 3 numbers only 1 answered, ended up leaving 15mins late which impacted our other activities. Will know for next time as will definitely be going back."
