We had a great time staying here. Felt like we were the only ones around. Saw a beautiful great horned owl and deer. The kayaks that were there to use were so much fun. Thank you for a great place to enjoy and relax. We will be back!
View from the cabin of the lake and forest is great. Very peaceful. Moose theme cabin decor was cool. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Only negative comment would be that I'm not sure how easy it would be to lug suitcases up the ladder to the loft where two of the three beds are...we stayed downstairs.

Quiet and peaceful
Moose Paddle was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet and peaceful!! If you are looking for Rustic it’s perfect! Our girls enjoyed the paddle boat and the row boat. We also enjoyed the deer right out our door! The owners were very pleasant to work with! Already talking about another trip back!
Cabin is listen for 6 but max 4 can stay. Barb said internet is available at gathering place but it didn’t work and also she said there is phone service which was inaccurate. We needed internet to finish college requirements and I specified that with her. We also had to drive 30 miles to get to service area to book anything that we wanted to do ( going to the sun road, polaris rentals…) which resulted in lots of wasted time and frustration. We were forced to leave early due to this, told her we are leaving and she said that if she rents it for part of the days we canceled she might refund us which never happened. Days were booked when I checked but she said it’s because I didn’t canceled online which was never explained. Cabin also has poor lighting inside and needs updates. The only reason I stuck with the booking is because she promised internet would be available and her excuse was that she called the company to fix it so if you just want to stay there for s day or two and disconnect it may be ok but if you like hiking, off-roading, exploring or need to let loved one you arived or need internet to book any of the fun things you want to do, you are out of luck.
This cabin is in a beautiful, true mountain forest setting. It is a stunning location. We loved the quietness and the pond in the morning, reflecting the trees and sky. The cabin is all open except for the bathroom. The ladder to get to the loft is for older kids and adults, so worked fine for us. We grilled hamburgers for supper on the porch and drank our morning coffee at the picnic table. Wonderful stay!

Moose Paddle Cabin
It was a nice cabin, everything that we thought it would be. We had no light outside at night, so I had to change the light bulb myself, easy task. I just took one from a lamp from the loft. Would recommend if you're looking for peace and quiet.
Fabulous cabin, very quiet and peaceful! The little lake there is fun with kayaks and paddle boats provided. Clean. Our kids LOVED the loft and ladder!
Everything was great! The owner was very quick to respond to emails. They checked in on us after the second night, to see if we needed anything. The cabin was perfect, exactly what we were looking for.
Location is beautiful. Had fun fishing in the pond and taking out the paddle board! Cabin is nice and cozy. Has all the basic needs. Hope to come back again sometime!
The cabin is exactly as described. Remote, cozy, and rustic. It would work for a small family, but keep in mind there is only one (small) bathroom. The property is very nice and we loved seeing deer, squirrels, birds, and fish in the pond. The pond has lots of vegetation in it this time of year, so we didn't swim or do any fishing, but it is a nice size and had lots of fish in it. The cabin is super close to a great little store where you can get supplies or food. There are tons of lakes, the Swan River, and Glacier National Park is only a couple hours away. Barbara and Mike were great hosts and quickly responded anytime we needed anything. If you are looking to unplug and get away for a quiet vacation in an awesome spot, you can't go wrong with the Moose Paddle or one of their other cabins!
We were so pleased with this property! It has a spacious living room area with gorgeous views of a small lake. The cabin is tucked into the woods with several other similar cabins surrounding the lake. Our children had a great time using the available paddle boats and kayak on the small lake. We enjoyed eating dinner on the picnic table in front of the cabin and our teenagers sat and talked on the double wooden lounge chair in front of the lake. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. The beds in the other two rooms are double beds, so they were a little tight for sleeping two older children, but that was expected from the description of the property. The owners were very accommodating and communicated well with us prior to our arrival. There is even a well-stocked convenience store, deli, and gas station within a mile of the road leading to the property. We loved our stay!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Moose Paddle Cabin. It was just as promised. The surroundings were stunning and serene. We loved making a nice toasty fire in the fire pit near the cabin. And the kids has a blast rowing and paddling the boats. Great value too.
