We will request a chair in balcony and they have lame excuses and even if we found out an easy chair in the balcony is broken but they never kept so irritating. Restaurant is crowded in day time and slow services but good veggie and drink options at the beach. all good but somehow staff is conservative." The beach is amazing, thy provide towels, and chairs. The bar happy hour was supposed to be best on island. I think it is if you’re referring to price. As far as friendly service and good music during happy hour then no. Breakfast…it took about 20 minutes to get coffee and another 15 to have our order taken. Then an hour before food arrived. And the food was ok. Reception was not helpful, I was looking to extend out stay and they were not helpful at all to assist so we left and went somewhere else. Not sure I would return as I might be looking for some more amenities as well as better, attentive staff as well. Don’t forget your beach towels at the front desk. It might not be a grand resort right on the beach - but it feels that way since you’re so close and the hotel is clean with nice people running it. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 2-3 block area. Highly recommend this hotel.
