"You go to this island only if you like the shore, clear water to swim and the snorkel . no nightlife at all . very few hotels are all inclusive so you just need to plan ahead and bring all your snacks you need to go to grocery store to buy your food because the island is very expensive. It’s like double the prices anywhere and about 25 taxes on top of everything."
"Amazing staff! The staff made this such an unforgettable experience. Room was always clean and towels replenished as well as the staff checking in with us down stairs, always going above and beyond. Pool and beach service was a little slow, but good nonetheless. "
Private Beachfront Luxury Estate with Infinity Pool & Concierge incl – Sleeps 16
10/10 Excellent
"From start to finish, our stay at this villa was excellent and exactly what we hoped it would be. The house was awesome and and no trouble accommodating our family of 11. The concierge met us at the dock and escorted us to the house and helped us get situated. A big shout-out to Regina! And the owner was in contact from the start to ensure that things went smoothly and met our expectations. The house is right on the beach and has postcard views of the ocean. My wife has a list the top 9 beaches that we’ve visited around the world and this beach moved into the #2 spot, second to a very private beach on Yasawa Island in Fiji … and yes, that is saying something. The home was clean and the kitchen was very functional. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils to handle all of our dinners. This get together was our family celebration for our 50th anniversary and it lived up to our expectations. Because of its island location, it does require some logistical planning to get there with enough food for the stay, but that is part of the adventure. While we normally cruises for our vacations, it would do this trip again as long as we could stay at the same villa!"
"This is a very quiet and peaceful resort. Mostly for the adults where as the Alexandria is based more so for children. The nice thing is you can experience both hotels.
The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were spotless. The food service does take awhile to be served and sometimes it's cold.
Special shout out to Adrian for the fabulous drinks.

The marina is lit up at night so it's absolutely beautiful and romantic.
I'd give it a 5 if it wasn't for the hiccup on our last day. There some confusion on the reservation, but they accommodated us"
"Great hotel, very close to the beach, very clean, new rooms, breakfast included. Convenient with many restaurants nearby. Definitely a good choice to save some money in Turks without giving up on comfort"
"The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store).
The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on.
I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay; the back side and back are surrounded by natural vegetation and construction sites—nothing to be concerned about.
My point for improvement is the building's overall maintenance. It seems the lift has not been working for a while.
For a 3-star hotel, I think they deliver enough. There are no hidden fees or surprises. All the information was included on the booking post. Overall, I am pretty happy with the stay.
To the management: improve the maintenance, and your hotel will be a rockstar."
