The airport shuttle was great. I wasn't quite sure where I was supposed to meet the shuttle and when I called the front desk to ask, the employee was not very helpful. She just told me to look around, and ask an airport employee. It was after midnight. There weren't any airport employees around, so that wasn't very helpful. When the shuttle arrived, the driver was very kind and helpful. Then when we checked in, I asked for late check out because I had called previously and was told that was an option. The worker at the desk told me I couldn't do that. The room was clean, but very much in need of an update. There was a burn from someone leaving an iron on the bench and the bed sheets had a hole in them. The breakfast was ok.
