We were greatly looking forward to our stay. On arrival, the garage doors need attention---one opener didn't work, and the other door could be lifted from the outside at any time. We got in the house to find 3 of the 4 beds---while nicely made---didn't have clean sheets. The solution for the sheets was multiple disruptive trips by a crew to the house on the only full day of our trip. Since we were not expecting to have our vacation day disrupted, we opted to leave. We found a different Columbus location that more than exceeded our expectations for our short stay in the city. Communication with your company started out great and ended as soon as we advised Evan we were leaving. We continued to get automated emails about our stay after we left. You have a beautiful property in a terrific location. Initial communication was good. Resolving the housekeeping issues will make for a wonderful stay for future guests, and we wish you the best. ##### Beth M. ---
