On these occasions, you'll be thankful for the full kitchen and all its gadgets, stainless steel appliances, and utensils. A seamless blend of white accents and chrome finishes, the kitchen boasts a microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Brita water filter. The full-size fridge is big enough to hold all of your groceries. Small details like a spice rack, Keurig coffee cups, a gourmet knife set, and a pantry full of small kitchen appliances will help you feel right at home. Enjoy a family dinner with enough seating for 4 at the kitchen table ☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆ The living room is a stylish hangout space with enough seating for 6. The sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen bed and invites you to watch your favorite shows on the TV (streaming services are not provided but feel free to log in to your accounts). ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Rope lights add a twinkling glow to the backyard, and a hammock is a perfect place for a nap in the shade. Challenge friends or family to a game of cornhole, or bring some snacks and a bottle of wine out to the fire pit and share your day adventures laid back in the Adirondack chairs. However you choose to entertain, this private backyard is a great place to do it. As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. The rental is on one half of a brick ranch duplex. There is one step up into the unit. Each side has separate and private entrances Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement, the fast WiFi, barbecue, laptop-friendly workstations, and yard games (corn hole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more). The yard games and BBQ are shared with a neighboring Airbnb. We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed, but many baby safety items are available for your setup and use. Streaming services are not provided but please feel free to log in to your accounts. There is private parking right on the property in one designated spot. We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters. Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit. There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house. Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities. The unit is located on a quiet, dead-end street. It is a close distance to High Street Avoidable fees: •$750 avoidable fee for unauthorized parties or events •No glitter or confetti allowed, $300 avoidable fee if found in property •$500 avoidable fee for smoking inside, you may smoke outside. Sensors in the house will detect cigarette and marijuana smoke •Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. The property was spotless, great neighbors, and a nice backyard area for us to hang out in the shade. Our dog enjoyed taking lengthy walks behind the property that was a large field entrance to a private school. The WiFi was able to handle the kids gaming, while I got some work done in the evenings. Location was very convenient to multiple highways, which is a must for Columbus traffic. Average 20-30 mins to anywhere around Columbus area from COSI downtown to the zoo/waterpark. Will be utilizing this property for future family visits & buckeye games. ##### Chase C.
