Do not tamper with any safety device. CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing.
