  • Stay in a beautiful, modern 1-bedroom flat in the heart of Italian Village. This home features floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes and appliances, modern décor, and local artwork.

    You’re just steps from some of the Short North and Italian Village’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Enjoy free private parking, a Smart TV, coffee and tea, and our favorite local recommendations.

    The bedroom has a queen bed, with a queen air mattress available for additional guests.

    Guests have access to the entire home. The flat is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs or elevator.

    Please note: There is only one parking space available.
    No Smoking or Vaping
    For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
