Consider incorporating high-quality materials, elegant furnishings,and thoughtful design elements to create a lavish yet inviting atmosphere. Ensure the bedrooms are spacious, two with its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, integrate cozy and plush touches in common areas like the living room and dining area to enhance comfort. Striking a balance between opulence and coziness will help you achieve a four-bedroom space that embodies both luxury and comfort. Whole house except the basement ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES 1\. No unregistered guest/visitors allowed unless discussed with host 2\. Absolutely no PARTIES or GATHERING in the unit. 3\. Smoking, Candles, Incendiaries No smoking or vaping inside the premises. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking or vaping occurs inside the home, there will be a minimum charge of $450 for deodorizing, cleaning, or any other remediation necessary. If there is evidence of smoking activity occurring in other areas, guests will be subject to additional fines for cleaning and will be responsible for all costs and any damage from ashes or fire hazard as a direct result of this negligence. Absolutely no burning of candles or other incendiaries such as sparklers, fireworks, roman candles, bottle rockets etc. while staying as a guest at this property, inside or outside. This includes the surrounding areas such as the street. 4\. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal at the dining table 5\. Please take care of the furnishings. The decor is over the top! Totally a HGTV look! They provide plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware to cook, grill and bake, along with a Keurig coffee maker. They provided plenty cleaning, laundry supplies and toiletries, to include extra paper towels, toilet paper and makeup remover, and more). The beds were very comfortable and each room looks like a fine hotel suite, with barn doors and Bluetooth music and lighting in each bathroom. The bottled water and wine were very nice touches, too! The outdoor seating is great to have a cup of coffee in the morning sitting on the swing or dinner by the nearby fire pit. It's a few minutes to OSU.
