The building amenities are amazing. The checkin process was very easy and fast. Jonniqua was very responsive to our needs. Only complaint is that there is not hot tub as advertised. But everything else was perfect. Bed is sooooooo comfy. Amazing stay!!!

#### Perfect Stay in the Heart of It All!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment! The location couldn’t have been better—it was right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore, making it super easy to get around. The apartment itself felt like a real home, with every little detail thought out. It was so clean and organized, and we loved all the small touches that made it extra cozy. The host was fantastic, always there if we needed anything and just genuinely kind and helpful. You can tell they put a lot of love into making this place special for guests. We left with such great memories and would come back in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, this is it!

Look it's an apartment in a downtown area in Columbus, people are busy, I get it. That all being said, I have never had a worse experience with a host than I did at this rental.

Host did not respond to questions and concerns. Listing said sleeps 8 with 6 beds and only one king bed. Host would not let me cancel to get an appropriate room for 4 adults. 3 different people from Vrbo never responded regarding concerns either.
