Second time staying at Hilton garden inn , first time was at Penn State and this time at Polaris Columbus Property is well maintained and clean with no over the top luxury amenities. It is great for general purpose travel like dropping kids off at college or similar. Clean and quiet and well situated near Polaris shopping center. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Unfortunately this was not up to the Hilton standard I am used to. The pool was broken, which was the reason I booked this hotel. The ice machine was broken. Had to go to the third floor for ice. The bathroom had mold on the wall by the shower. There was rust and dripping rust from the handicap bar on the shower. The shampoo bottle was ripped off the wall and placed on the shelf. The shower curtain had a rip. The breakfast doesn’t do waffles on the weekend which my nephew was really looking forward to!! The room was nice and the beds were good. The staff were super sweet!! Not great for the $235 I spent to stay here.
