Unfortunately I experienced a bed bug on my bed. Everything else would’ve been great except for when that happened. Never ever experienced that. I took a picture of it after I killed it and the bumps I got on my body. The staff was great tho. Especially Alex.

The front desk woman is rude. Second time I have stayed here and both times she was so unpleasant. My bathroom smelled like sour mop; however, a nice gentleman at the front kindly let me switch rooms and the second one was fine.

First room was not cleaned. Previous guest’s milk shake in fridge, wad of hair on shower curtain. Did not get overwhelming feeling of “clean”.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for years. Great happy hour, amazing room, comfortable bed, spacious. Staff went above and beyond, especially Charlie. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was great. The room was missing some finishing touches. Check to make sure the previous guest hasn't unplugged the TV connections. One bed had a bedskirt; the other one didn't. The bathroom counter had some debris left on it; it just needed a wipe-down, and it was fine. The two free cocktails were a bonus. The Breakfast Buffet was one of the best I have seen, with so many choices. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff was very helpful.

As always, the made to order breakfast is awesome. The lobby and restaurant area is well maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms really need updating. Our carpet was visibly soiled and there was ground food on the couch. I had to place a towel down to feel comfortable sitting there. We often stay at Embassy Suites but this was by far the least updated we’ve visited.
