The staff was super friendly and helpful with all the issues we had. The hotel itself is in serious need of a remodel. Everything is super old and worn down.

The property was dated with its decor, but clean and it had everything: TV, iron, hair blower, refrigerator, microwave, The outside pool was newly painted, and some paint floated on the water surface. The breakfast was limited but sufficient.

The hotel, in general, was kept clean and orderly. Our room was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. The staff was very nice and informative.

Good stay. Only thing was front desk forgot to leave message w housekeeping that i was on an extended stay so they were banging on the door while i had do not disturb on the door making a scene when it was unnecessary & i got charged for it but didnt get to stay for the agreed upon time i was to leave. Not a bad place at all, housekeeping might need a vacation tho lol

Easy on/off from the freeway. The "cold" breakfast was fine. Since they had a microwave, some instant oatmeal packs would have been nice.

Our room was freezing cold when we checked in, and it took an hour for it to get comfortable. We never got Direct TV to load. The place could use some serious updating, but the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and was hot.

Heater was off when we arrived. Room was very cold. Heater had a hard time keeping up with the cold air coming in through the gap in the door. No dead bolt on the door. Bathroom tub needs updating. In the morning office was locked and there didn't seem to be the breakfast available that was advertised.

The room was nothing like in the Expedia add. Pillows were to small. The toilet wouldn't work, had to turn on and off at wall. Took forever to get key card to work and get in room. The renovations to the room leave a lot to be desired. The parking lot was almost impossible to drive through. When went to check out couldn't rise anyone to help us for a receipt. After 20 minutes of trying to get help so we left and was late to our meeting. However at check in, the gentleman that took care of us was a delightful young man. Sincerely, Duree Lee

I booked two rooms here last night, and unfortunately both were disappointing. The hotel was dirty and smelled moldy. There was urine on the toilet, dirty linens, stains on the floors and walls, and the TV didn’t work. In one of the rooms, the toilet wouldn’t even flush. When you’re paying for two hotel rooms, basic cleanliness and working facilities shouldn’t be too much to expect. The overall condition of the rooms was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again based on this experience.
