My husband and I came to the area for a little get away. The charm of the townhouse was very cool. Knowing the age and the history of the location was intriguing. The availability for us to have our fur baby with us was a huge plus. The property had a very nice partially fenced grassy area. He was never off leash due to the house being on a VERY busy road. With that being said I will tell you that it is an extremely busy road. It’s on a corner lot with the road being a main route. The house has a nice little porch that is screened in so that was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The other downside was that the bathroom was upstairs so if you have limitations on your knees I wouldn’t recommend this location. It was convenient to a lot of things, fast food, grocery stores, gas stations. Downtown was close (15 min drive). We enjoyed walking around the riverwalk and we had dinner downtown one evening. We also took our dog to Cooper Creek Park to walk and that was a beautiful location. I’m really nervous with other dogs off leash and while we were there I never saw one. Coralee, the property manager was AMAZING. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had and quick to handle a couple very minor things we had arise. I appreciated her helpfulness very much.
