• Guests enjoy private access to the entire studio, including the sleeping area, kitchen, dining space, workspace, and bathroom.
• The studio is located on a single level and features a private entrance with convenient smart-lock self-check-in.
• Guests also have shared access to the landscaped courtyard, outdoor seating, and on-site communal laundry facilities.
• Street parking is available for up to 1 vehicle where permitted around the building on a first come, first served basis. Please follow posted parking signs and local restrictions.
• No dedicated on-site parking space is included.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• This private studio is located within a building containing additional guest accommodation.
• The courtyard, outdoor seating, and on-site laundry facilities are shared with neighbouring guests.
• The studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.
• Extended stays are welcome.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For guest and property security, the building is equipped with three exterior Ring security cameras:
• Camera 1: Located above the building's courtyard, monitoring exterior walkways leading to the units and a portion of the street.
• Camera 2: Located on the building's left-side corner, monitoring exterior walkways and a portion of the street.
• Camera 3: Located on the building's right-side corner, monitoring exterior walkways and a portion of the street.
All cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the studio.
