"This is my go to hotel. I actually lived in the hotel when I first moved to the city 20 years ago, it then became the Kimpton and I started using it when I moved away 4 years ago. There are three small things - 1) the shower heads are really small, if you have a lot of hair it takes time. 2) The hotel is a flip from the holiday inn and they have done a super job, but the hallways look old and tired now, they need to be freshened up. 3) would be great to have another tower of smaller weights in the gym, way more people work out now than even 4 years ago and it was busy and hard to share this last trip Overall still my favorite hotel, perfect location, rooms are great, clean, staff are by far the best in the city. I truly love staying at the Kimpton!"

"Excellent stay. Valet parking was very reasonable. Staff helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Directly across from the ROM and close to shopping and restaurants. Keep in mind the hotel is pet friendly but you can inquire in rooms that are not included in that."

"We almost weren’t able to stay. We didn’t have a credit card to use and you would not except a Canadian debit Visa. Fortunately we had a US debit visa , this one was excepted. I don’t know how the US one worked and Canadian one didn’t . Exactly the same type of card but different country. Go figure"

"Lovely large hotel rooms in a quiet neighborhood. They have plenty of outlets at the bedsides. Robes & slippers provided. Bathroom lovely with well appointed toiletry products. Very clean. Water, tea and coffee machine (Nespresso) provided in room. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. I needed to extend my stay and they were able to help me. Restaurant and bar at the hotel is also very nice, good food, clean and staff is friendly and accommodating."
