The location still offered convenient access to everything I needed. We had a long list of to dos and this allowed us to maximize our time as it was close to all the things we wanted. Garden of the Gods, Manitou incline, hiking and cute shops. This a cute place, beds where comfy. Never drove for more than 8 mins away lol there is binder with great recommendations of where to eat and what to do in case your just winging it. The house was clean and very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. Its about a mile from Old Colorado City with shops and restaurants.
