The house was spacious enough to spread out while still being close enough to feel together! The kids could hang out in the basement while the dogs and the adults were upstairs. The games in the house were fun, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. It is a nice, beautiful neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and very kind. You can see the peak of Pikes Peak from the living room window, which was lovely. The backyard was completely fenced and large so our 3 dogs could run around and play. We think either housekeeping or maintenance was a bit lacks. There were fast food wrappers on the deck off the master bedroom and the toilet had a ring in it, also in the master. There were used towels on the hooks in shared bathroom on the first level. Roach fell from the hood of the oven. The propane was totally empty, however, the management company had a full tank at the house early the next morning. The outdoor bar does not have a working fridge or cooler/ice maker. If you want to use the putting green, bring your own golf balls, we found only one. A toaster is not provided. Lights in the pool did not work and there were several light bulbs that were burned out, throughout the house, no extras were found. Large clock needed a battery, as it is hung too high for any of us to reach. Garbage can by the pool was full of garbage when we arrived. Also, if you book this property, book directly with Charleston Coast Vacations and not VRBO, you will save big bucks! ##### rebecca c.
