The Modern Yellow Door Home with Beautiful Outdoor Spaces

Just around the corner from downtown Colorado Springs, you ll find this gem of a house has all you need to have a great time with friends or family!

Cue the good moments: Of splitting a local brew on the porch with your friends. Eating dinner outside on the beautiful handmade table. Walking to the park (or around the lake with beautiful mountain views) with your kids. Cuddling up to Netflix or Hulu on the comfy sectional on a cold winter night. Prepping dinner with friends in the fully updated kitchen.

This house takes advantage of the beautiful weather Colorado gets most of the year with outdoor couches and tables set up for your enjoyment (a gas grill as well). In the colder months we will have a fire pit set up to enjoy those chilly Colorado evenings.

We've done our best to think of ways to make sure your Colorado experience is amazing! And with all the local spots just minutes away, it's hard to have a bad time in this house.

Although we would love to meet you, we give you your space as we assume you are here to get away and relax. That being said we are available to help you with whatever needs come up during your stay, so never hesitate to ask!

Good downtown location for our party of 4

Having 4 bedrooms for our party of 4 was very nice. The house was well appointed, albeit smaller, but we didn't really need the space. Very nice backyard with seating to hang out. Location was convenient for us to go to downtown bars and stores, but not quite close enough for walking for our party. Ubers were quick to respond to this location, though. Our only knock is that the TV wasn't working and there was only one. We were on a golf vacation and the US Open was on, so that was a slight inconvenience. If I could leave 4.5 stars, I would.

We loved the house! It was very spacious and a great location, especially if you plan on site seeing. Beautiful outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms/kitchen . Our kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and eating outside. The hosts are very nice and respond quickly. They also provide a list of coffee shops, restaurants and parks in the area. Most definitely would use them again if it's available when we return!

Such a charming home with roomy bedrooms

This was our first time not using hotels and this trip was booked last minute with little time to plan. We decided to try mixing this rental with hotels for other parts of our trip and after staying here, we wished we'd just planned to stay here the whole time! It's nicely updated, and the teens loved having the downstairs to themselves. After exhausting days climbing and hiking, it was nice to come "home" to dinner in a crockpot we brought with us, and have multiple showers so we could cycle through showers faster than at a hotel. The neighborhood appears to be in a period of transition which made us a little nervous, but everything was fine and we'd definitely stay here again if we're back through Colorado Springs.

Our group at a great stay at the house! The space was perfect for our group, nice to have 4 queen beds. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit as well. Virginia was a great help and very quick response time. Would really recommend this property to anyone who is looking!

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Colorado Springs. It was close to everything we wanted to do with easy access to downtown and Manitou Springs. Although the neighborhood was a bit older, the area was safe and the house has recently been updated.

The property is very nice and well decorated!

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. This is the first time I have used VRBO and it was a great experience. The home owner was very nice and worked with us because we didn’t know if our soldier was gonna be back in the states or not for thanksgiving.. We also needed a crockpot for a meal and she brought us over one to use.. the beds were comfy.. we spent a lot of time sitting at the dining room table and even used the picnic table on thanksgiving and another time.. the kids used the finished basement to play their PlayStation and watch Netflix and we put them in the 2 bedrooms down there.. it was so nice having 2 full bathroom as there was 8 of us there to get ready.. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs..
