Meh…
Reserved a nonsmoking room for the night while staying in the Springs.
Check in was easy, best part of the stay, but it wasn’t as kept up as the pictures hinted. It was a little run down, and the room absolutely had been smoked in.
There was a stain on the side of the sheets, and it’s right off of a highway, so it was noisy.
The continental breakfast left was lackluster.
The staff were awesome and the breakfast was great

Great room size and location, but entrance needs maintenance
I really loved the location of this hotel and was happy to find that the rooms were wonderfully spacious! Staff was really attentive and helpful.
However, my first impression left me feeling a bit unsure, as the main entrance leads into a small room with a sliding glass door setup for the reception desk, rather than a traditional open lobby.
The property could also use some general TLC—specifically, the side entrance door lock needs repair, and little bit sink issues in the room which will always be there a the sink filter are not in good shape.
People were nice but the cleanliness of the room was like a man cleaned it. The sheets and towels were good, toilet had pee on the back, floor had debris, ceiling in bathroom had mold spots. Questionable people and broken bands in the parking lot. If you aren't super picky and just need to sleep and go, you'll survive.
Most things were dirty and/or not functional. No Wi-Fi or TV for half the stay. Trash under the beds. Fecal matter on the outside of the toilet when we arrived. Door key card reader wouldn’t work at some point every day. Requested a roll-away bed, but none were available. Surrounding area/parking lot felt unsafe. Staff was incredibly nice, though.
Hotel was ok, run down but got the job done. You can tell they tried to clean the room but the smell was terrible. Staff was very nice and it was quieter than I expected. A/c was cold and nice. Lots of police in the area. Overall ok but if you don’t like the motel vibe or have anxiety don’t stay here.
The receptionist Heather was super welcoming and helpful. When we arrived in the early morning after a concert, we couldn’t find any parking but she was willing to come outside and help direct us to a parking spot.

Room was clean but smelled like someone had smoked in it even though the hotel claims to be smoke-free. Road construction makes it hard to navigate to the hotel. Breakfast had fewer choices than other hotels that we stayed in. The noisy heating unit in the room made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
We were having a really bad day but the lady at the front desk made us feel so much better over and above what she had to wish I would have thought to get her name
Booked a room for 2 nights with my family, wife and 2 babies under 2 years old, hotel was trash, cars in the parking lot had homeless people sleeping in them, truckers parked outside, homeless sleeping on benches, dirty rooms, stayed one night and didnt return for the 2nd night, too unsafe for a family, hotel.should be inspected and thr price was outrages even for a holiday
