That's what Pike's Peak Villa is all about! In the middle of the historic district of Old Colorado City, this beautifully designed Spanish Villa sits just walking distance of 113 shops galleries, and restaurants. Weekend shows, festivals, and outdoor farmers markets are a few events that visit the district throughout the year. It is also close to the famous Garden of the Gods. This 3 bed/2.5 bath villa sleeps 6 - 9 guests.
This 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Spanish style Villa boasts three balconies; one overlooking the living room, another uniquely located adjacent to the primary bathroom, and yet another with a direct view of the picturesque Pikes Peak outside the master bedroom. The Villa’s amenities include a beautifully designed old-world entry with a 9-foot front door, rustic-style hardware, and a mix of Saltillo and Travertine tiles lining the floor. It features Colorado river-stone archways and a large copper-scaped fireplace.
The home is located in the historic city of Old Colorado City, which was once the original capital of Colorado in the Gold Rush years. The neighborhood has a historic charm with a view and city access, all within walking distance access from our private stairwell. Aside from the Garden of the Gods, the home is just a few miles away from Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, and Broadmoor District. Other popular sites include Pike's Peak and Woodland Park.

The property is located a block off Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. Its location is excellent. It’s well maintained and slept our family of four comfortably.
Very pretty and unique property in a perfect location from all of the hiking locations! Very well stocked with nice touches( toothbrush&toothpaste, washing machine pods etc). We would stay there again.
The property was excellent; clean, well appointed, great location and very comfortable for three couples. I would highly recommend this as a nice getaway.
This place is a block of the main Old Colorado City street with all the awesome shops. 5-10 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs and about the same to Manitou Springs! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
What a great stay - thank you. The location was excellent, and the view from the master bedroom was amazing. Check-in and check-out went seamlessly, and Ivan (the contact) was incredible. He responded quickly to my questions and even provided his grill to help make our stay so memorable. A lot of space to be together as a family. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pikes Peak property. It was clean and had a very unique layout. We were attending a family wedding at Garden of the Gods and found the location to be perfect to explore in the down times around the wedding events. We will stay here again when traveling through the area.
The VRBO is very conveniently located. It was clean, safe and quiet. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this VRBO to anyone wishing to enjoy Old Colorado Springs and all the attractions within short driving distances. We all agreed this VRBO was one of the best we have selected in our travels.
We had an enjoyable time in this nice, spacious home. It was well equipped and in a location that made access to downtown shops, restaurants and hiking easy
We all loved the house. It was perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Master bedroom and bath were spacious. Child loved the jacuzzi tub. Location was great for all attractions and loved walking a couple of blocks for food, ice cream and chocolates!!
Great location, great property! Kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated that there were a couple of extra bath towels provided and multiple kitchen towels as well as plenty of paper goods, soap, and shampoo for the week. The king bed was very comfortable and the bunk beds were fine. However, the queen bed desperately needs to be replaced (both the mattress and box springs) and we made the local contact person aware. My son and daughter-in-law could not sleep in the bed because it was so soft and they rolled to the middle. They had to sleep in the bunk beds and we had to put one kid in the queen bed and another on the floor. If the bed is replaced, then we would not hesitate to return.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay in this property. It is a spacious and well-equipped property (notably in the kitchen), with excellent security. It is especially well placed for the shops, restaurants, and Farmers' Market of Old Colorado, with easy access to downtown Colorado Springs, and close to Manitou Springs. The house rules are clear, if too officious in tone. The only fault I would mention is a fishy smell emanating from the sink area, possibly from the garbage disposal unit, which we treated with vinegar and baking soda. It is an expensive unit, but it accommodates three to four adults and two children without difficulty. This has nothing to do with the property, but I can't understand why nothing is done about the screeching motor bikes that tear up and down the main street at night. They reach a decibel level comparable to a jet engine.
Everything about this stay was perfect. Six of us stayed comfortably in our rooms and the place was very clean. Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, delicious restaurants, and many more are so close to this place! I would 120% stay here again.
