You are locked out of a few things and there is a sign posted inside that says that you aren't welcome in the area. The wifi was terrible only one or two people could be on it at a time and no one could be on it if you were trying to stream a movie or show. I called Vacasa several times, emailed, and sent pictures of mouse, there was shit on bed, bathroom sink and bathroom carpet, every drawer in the kitchen was covered in mouse shit, including oven drawer, couldnt and wouldnt use any of the houses untensils kitchenware. Laundry soap was out, coffee pot was broken. No one intended to call us back about this and customer service says they are not allowed to give out the local managers number. Calling back today they finally told us they had exterminators twice recently in the house in which they should not rent a property unless issues are resolved. I had a bad allergic reaction in the house eyes puffed up, and we spend over two hours cleaning it, had to go back into town to buy laundry soap, plates, utenils, spent over two hours cleaning unit upon arrival. Local manager said they can comp $25.00 a night. Not ok, at all, and we will be contacting the owner of unit letting them know how thier rental is being handled. We are NOT fancy perfectionists so I didn’t care but I draw the line at not having WiFi for 75% of our stay. I was given multiple communications by the management company that gave me the wrong password for the email. I inquired again and they continued to give me the wrong password! It wasn’t until I persisted that they reached out to the owners and got the right one. I work remotely and had to drive down the street 3 times so that I could speak with a client. It is totally unacceptable and we wouldn’t have rented a place without WiFi. Also the kuerig was broken and when I asked the property manager sent me a snarky email about how to use it. Every communication with them wad unprofessional. I will never be back or use VACASA again.
