We saw deer and chipmunks. No central ac, we opened windows at night. Some windows/blinds worked and others did not. Dryer worked but very finicky. Hard to press start and it get it going. We left it cleaner than how we found it. There were numerous bugs and spiders that we had to kill on our own.
