You will love this beautiful mountain home with a fully stocked kitchen, 3 smart TVs, brand new 6 person Arctic hot tub, new bedding and much, much more. This beautiful, yet rustic mountain home in the trees allows you to be surrounded by the beauty of Colorado while enjoying all of our amenities and being close to town. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a 1/2 acre, corner lot where you will have plenty of privacy. Sip your coffee on the back steps while watching the wildlife, who have a regular migration path through the lot. Enjoy relaxing, grilling and eating out on the huge upper deck surrounded by pine , fur and aspen trees. The deck provides an outdoor living area and a 6 person dining table. Enjoy your private, 6 person hot tub after a long day out. There is also a propane fire pit to enjoy. Kids will love the playhouse with outdoor toys located in the brown shed in the corner of the yard. This home has everything you could want for the perfect Colorado getaway! Inside you will love the fully stocked kitchen and pantry with a full size coffee maker and complimentary welcome basket with area recommendations. The great room with vaulted ceilings includes the kitchen, bar seating (seats 3) dining area ( seats 7, plus a booster seat located in the pantry), living room with cozy leather furniture, large 65 inch smartTV and free WIFI. Also provided are a wide variety of games, books and puzzles. On the upper (main) level you will also find the Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, King bed, smart TV, elliptical and private bathroom with walk in shower. A PAC ‘n play with sheets, baby monitor and baby gate are also provided for your convenience and is located in the master bedroom closet. The 2nd bedroom provides another private space with a queen bed and is located next to the main bathroom and features a shower/bathtub combo. Across the hall is the perfect space for kids who want to camp out together. This bedroom provides a double top and double bottom bunk bed with a stow away twin trundle bed (sleeps 4 adults or 5 kids, only 1 adult on top bunk, please- 175 lbs. max). This room features plenty of books and toys for all ages. The lower level of the home has a large family room featuring a fooseball table. This common area also has a double Murphy bed that sleeps two and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Enjoy family movie night in front of the 2nd 60 inch smart TV. This TV has a DVD player. The third bathroom with walk-in shower is adjacent to the family room. Each bathroom provides a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, towels, and basic hygiene products in case you forget anything. For your convenience we also offer a large laundry room with a extra large capacity washer and dryer. Here you will also find the full size ironing board/iron. There is an attached garage where bagged trash can be left in the barrels and garage may also be used to store bikes, outside gear or extra luggage (this main garage is not available for parking). Here you will also find the combination poker/ bumper pool table with seating for 5\. We also have a carport for those needing a covered parking spot. There is enough room in the driveway/carport for up to 6 vehicles, but no street parking is allowed. We are located just 2.5 miles from downtown Woodland Park, 5 min. to Charis, 15 minutes from The North Pole and entrance to Pike’s Peak, 25 min. to Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs and 45 min. to the Air Force Academy. For skiers, we are an easy hour and 45 min. drive to Breckenridge on well maintained roads. For larger groups we have another home less than 5 miles away that can host an additional 8 people plus an infant. Host will take an additional $100 off your stay when you book both homes together. Good winter road plowing in the area. It was close to stores, restaurants and trails. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the fresh winter air! Enjoyed being in the mountain but still close to town. Took time to visit other small towns in the area. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of beds/rooms for a party of 7\. Even had the pleasure of a few deer dining in the front yard early in the morning where we enjoyed the view from the deck. Location had a hot tub but we just didn’t have time to enjoy that amenity. Wildlife like deer and fox came to our cabin daily. The hot tub was perfect and clean and large enough to accommodate our family of 5\. The living areas were cozy with the kitchen area opening up to the living area to make it nice to cook in and visit with everyone. The rooms were spacious and beds were soft. Could use a deep clean though. Very dusty, floors, headboard in guest bedroom, beams in ceiling. The home is perfect, good location, home layout is very open, yet cozy and comfortable. There are mule deer and wild turkeys that visit in the morning. Gorgeous view of Pike Peaks when driving into Colorado Springs. The home has the best geographical location to all the Colorado Spring’s attractions. We highly recommend this home. Had issue finding place during road construction. Called phone number after 9 hour drive for alternate route and was told to map quest it. Main upstairs shower floor filthy. Cameras all over, afraid to use hot tub due to all the rules threatening fines. Main view is of an electrical substation. We kept busy and didn't spend a lot of time at the house. The expectation that all laundry would be completed prior to 10am checkout in a 10 person group was strange and unique to this booking. Typically loading and starting the washing machine and doing the same with the dishwasher is to be expected - but here we were required to sweep, wash the dishes and put them away, and to complete all laundry prior to checkout. Probably should not be charged a cleaning fee in this case. Apart from that, excellent stay and would recommend. ##### Evolve Health & Wellness S. The rental had plenty of room for our group of five to spread out and was in a very beautiful spot. We enjoyed the hot tub, wildlife, and cool, mosquito-free evenings! When we arrived we were surprised to learn there is no air conditioning (maybe I missed this in my research!). It turned out to be a non-issue, as there were plenty of fans provided and though it was in the 90’s during the day it cooled down to the 50’s each night. It is just something to be aware of if you’re considering this rental. ##### Stephanie C. The well-appointed home felt like country living despite it being in a hillside neighborhood. The back windows looked up a wooded hillside where we saw 2 deer cross within yards of the window. A large second floor deck with seating and eating areas overlooked the valley. Our great room included Sectional seating, a huge TV, a dining table and chairs, and a beautiful kitchen. Everything was spotless. The furnishings were nicely done. We didn't make use of the numerous games and puzzles nor the numerous extra kitchen accessories, but they were available. We did use the nice Hot Tub and the extra the box fans. Try this home. You won't be disappointed. We want to come back next summer. Thanks. AW ##### Alan W. The home is very open and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked meals often and the kitchen and the dining area allowed for us to enjoy quality time while doing so. The toys were an added bonus for our children along with the bunk beds. The couch was slightly uncomfortable and the floor needed better cleaning but other than that the home was very clean and beautiful. The house is near many restaurants in Woodland Park and it’s near to many attractions we enjoyed during our stay. I enjoyed the location. Not too close to a busy area but also not out in the middle of nowhere. We saw deer in the backyard, a fox and the neighbors informed us there was a bear with three cubs that walked the area frequently. Unfortunately we were not able to see the bears. Holly responded within a timely manner and had helpful answers to any of our questions. Overall we would stay here again and bring a bigger group back with us! ##### Sabrina G.
