It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. It is clean and modern and the owners had good communication throughout the booking and stay. Great location for what we were wanting to do. It was well stocked with kitchen items and we were able to prepare for everything we had planned. Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, the host responded in a timely manner when I had questions.
