Nice neighborhood plus having a 10 year old who also ran a kids Spartan Race, she also had a playground in the back yard to tackle and a foosball table in the basement to keep her occupied, all combined she did not want to leave. House was clean and in very good condition. Unfinished basement with foosball table and ping pong table was a bonus. Fenced back yard with access to a park. ##### DARREN D.
