The cottage is close to the historic part of Old Colorado City (5 blocks) and about two miles to the downtown of Colorado Springs. Walk to parks, museums, galleries, restaurants, and cafes. A supermarket is only 2 blocks away, so is Walgreens, Dollar Store, Hamburger Stand Convenience Store and gas station. The cottage is located on a quiet street and offers a beautiful view of Pikes Peak (mostly in the winter when trees are not in the way). The property has 3 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a living and dining room (open plan), a kitchen with a breakfast nook and a full bathroom.
