Blue Spruce: Luxe Cottage w/ Fireplace & Hot Tub

This newly built one bedroom cottage, by Forest & Peak Retreats, has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay near downtown. Appreciate the sight of Pike's Peak from the backyard while sipping a nice glass of wine at the outside fireplace. Enjoy the luxurious walk in shower, cook a meal on the high end range, and relax in front of the gaslit fireplace in the living room. The Blue Spruce is the perfect place to rest your head after a day of exploring Colorado Springs.

Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy.

If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $80. We do have security cameras outside to monitor traffic. They will be on during your stay.

We are now accepting dogs! Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.

Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.

Pet Fees:
-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.

--We also have a security camera facing the front door to monitor traffic. It is located outside and will be on during your stay.

--We provide keyless access and you will receive the code two days prior to your stay. Only one car is allowed as parking is limited.

-No more than 2 guests can use the property. $100 extra per guest, per night if broken. Do not walk on the hot tub cover. Will charge a $1000 fee.

Nice space, great decor, great home vibe

One of the great things about this propeety is having its own entrance off of the back. Felt very secluded and private. It had very nice features. A full kitchen, and snacks to boot. The heated bathroom floor was amazing. Such a great feature for this tine of year. It was a perfect staycation spot for my wifes birthday. Couldnt have asked for more. Thank you for a pleasant stay. It was just what we needed to recharge.
