Welcome to your home away from home in North Colorado Springs. This furnished, ground-floor condo is designed with monthly stays in mind, offering comfortable living spaces, a dedicated workspace, and the everyday essentials you need to settle in.
Enter through the keypad-access entry, where you'll also find an outdoor table with two chairs—a convenient spot to enjoy some fresh air.
Inside, the home opens into an easy-flow living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room includes a comfortable couch and Smart TV, while the dining table seats four.
The fully equipped kitchen provides the cookware, dishes, appliances, cabinet space, and pantry storage you need for longer stays, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
Down the hall, you'll find a full guest bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer for convenient in-home laundry.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and storage for your belongings.
Need to work from home or accommodate an additional guest? The separate office/flex room includes a desk, futon for additional sleeping space, and its own TV.

• Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per reservation | A pet fee of $75 per pet applies and is calculated into the reservation.
• Shared outdoor areas are used by other residents and guests in the community.
• There is no mailbox access at this home, and guests cannot receive USPS mail at the property.
• Colorado winters can bring snow and icy road conditions. Guests traveling during winter may want to consider a 4WD or AWD vehicle.
