She left a high chair and pack and play crib for my nephew and was in communication with me before and during my stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was as beautiful as the photos! It was well stocked, location was easy to find and access, close to the activities we planned, and very close to stores for last minute items. We had 4 children (10, 9, 5, and 1), and 7 adults. Everyone enjoyed the property (especially the hot tub!) and we had a wonderful family vacation. The birdhouse is super spacious and it instantly feels cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The views from the deck are amazing and having a view of Pike’s Peak from the Jacuzzi was personally the cherry on top for me. My family and friends were more than impressed with the Birdhouse and we are already considering coming back next year if possible. I highly recommend the Birdhouse to anyone looking for a good mountain retreat. I applaud Thi for having such a great place and smooth communication. ##### Jonathan A. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms to the outdoor deck. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we needed to prepare a meal for 13 people, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The furniture was comfortable and all the rooms were thoughtfully laid out. There were fireplaces upstairs and downstairs which added great ambiance in the evenings. Thi was a very attentive host and answered all of my questions expediently. I would highly recommend a stay in this amazing home. ##### Meredith M.
