The place was just off highway 24 but very little traffic noise. Very clean and close to many attractions (garden of the gods, hiking trails ect). Would note that the condo is a Tri level with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and down. Main floor is a kitchen living room with fantastic view of Pikes Peak. Owner was very prompt with communication( thanks Adam)Overall I would recommend. ##### Leah C. The views were amazing from the balcony. We saw a bear one day and deer almost every day which we really enjoyed. It was spacious and enabled us to all have our own space to spread out. There were ceiling fans in every room which helped to keep it cool. Due to this being a tri-level home there are stairs for anyone that has those concerns. Also, very close to a busy street and highway so there was some road noise but it also meant everything we needed was nearby! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
