So close to grocery, coffee, and so many cool restaurants. Walking anywhere is fabulous. The view from the back windows is gorgeous, where else can you see Pikes Peak from your window? The house was spacious enough for our little family, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and eating meals at the big dining table was perfect. Wifi was okay, working from here was doable. No issues with power or weather related issues. A very good stay in a great neighborhood ( used to live 2 blocks over years back). The house is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is reasonably convenient to many places in the area that are worth visiting. The house itself is large, comfortable, well laid out, and efficient. The king bed was very comfortable (we didn’t use the others). The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is a very nice outdoor space to enjoy - with a very nice view of Pike’s Peak - a bonus we thoroughly enjoyed. There is a hot tub on the patio that we didn’t use but it looked very clean and well maintained. The host is exceptional. We arrived to find a recent wind storm blew the grill off the patio and into pieces. Within days, a new grill was delivered and assembled by their property manager, Sam - also exceptional. We needed some supplies to help keep the home clean and the host was again quick to provide what was needed. In short, I believe this host will do anything within reason to make sure you have a good stay. We were very happy with this choice for our stay in Colorado Springs.
