Spacious accommodations in a convenient location

The property has all the essentials for a great stay in Colorado Springs. We especially the well tuned piano and the steam shower in the master suite was a nice surprise as well.

Great for large families

We stayed here as a family of 6 and absolutely loved the house and location! The only downfall of the house is driveway is very steep, but it is easily solved by parking in the road. The house also has beautiful views!

A great house in a wonderful location

We enjoyed staying in this house very much. As a family of four, we had enough space and had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for people who love to explore nature spending time in the Garden of the Gods. The interior is well-designed, and all the amenities you need are there.

The listing is accurate. The place is very spacious and clean. We had 9 people including young children and we had plenty of space to spread out. Nice sized kitchen with a large dining area. The location is residential but easy access to interstate and attractions. The driveway is STEEP when it snows. There is not much of a yard since it's on a hill for young kids to be outside. Very close to zoo and Broadmoor.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Kitchen is well stocked and with 8 of us having two refrigerators was perfect. Bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms were stocked with bath products as well. Love the pool table in the basement. The house is perfectly located, nice quiet neighborhood. The house was amazing! Perfect! There were 7 adults and 4 kids, yet we had LOTS of room to spread out or come together in the spacious living and dining area. Enjoyed watching deer daily on the driveway and side yard. Awesome place!!!

Great property! Excellent location!

7 adults and 3 children stayed VERY comfortably in this house! Plenty of room, comfy beds, and nice location make this property a winner. 11 minutes to the Garden of the Gods, under 20 minutes to the Pikes Peak COG Train, and 6 minutes to three grocery stores. We had one small issue that was taken care of IMMEDIATELY by the property manager - great response!! Definitely recommend this one.

This house has plenty of room. It feels very spacious and yet comfortable. Centrally located, and we were equidistant to all our destinations. The driveway is very steep and was fine with us, but it might be difficult for some people.

Great vacation!

This is a great vacation house! So centrally located to major attractions like Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, and Seven Falls. Also close to fantastic restaurants, coffee and salons / spas. The kitchen / living is away from the 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs, 1 basement). You are well equipped to cook with a full kitchen and grill outside. We had deer (does) on the driveway and a buck mule deer in velvet just off the side patio! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We recently stayed 5 days with 8 adults/teens for a family vacation. We had plenty of space to enjoy our stay and spread out. It’s a really neat house! We enjoyed watching the deer outside in the mornings and there is a really pretty skyline view out the master bedroom patio at night. Austin was a great host and graciously worked with us on our travel delays due to a huge winter storm in our region. We were close to everything we wanted to do here and getting in and out of the neighborhood was very easy. Grocery stores were close by as well. You won't regret choosing to stay here!

Family wedding weekend

Sisters and spouses with adult children converging on Colorado Springs for a family wedding at the Broadmoor. Chose Serenity on size, location, and ratings. It didn’t disappoint! The owner was easy to communicate with, the house was clean and had amenities to get us started with washing up and eating. Great location- we could get to local attractions quickly. And very close to the wedding location. Enough beds and bathrooms and spaces for family to be together and not😁. Highly recommended!!
