The neighborhood was quite but it is at least 15 minutes to anything. Nothing wrong with that but you need to be prepared for a drive if you need groceries or food. The only complaint is the host did not communicate through vrbo at all. Everything came through email or text which we did not prefer and reaching out through vrbo had no response. ##### Sarah B. Many things were broken when we arrived so we took pictures and contacted the host right away. He responded promptly and assured me the trash and broken items would be taken care of asap. We stayed for four nights and nothing was done while we were there to address anything. At the end he asked us to take the pile of garbage to the curb for him before we left. I tried to work things out with him but he had been unresponsive since then. We also counted on all of the beds listed in the listing, but that part was not accurate. One room with a king bed is supposed to have three twin beds. It did have three extra mattresses in the closet, but they were foam mattresses still vacuum packed in plastic.
