I like the layout of the room with a living room area and bedroom area. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small and there was limited bureau space so we could not unpack everything. I really liked the location of the hotel and there were several restaurants in walking distance. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Colorado Springs.
The staff was very helpful. Any question I asked whether it was facility related or related to places to eat or things to do around town, they answered with several options that allowed us to have an enjoyable time. My only critique, although the facilities were very clean the shower ceiling in our bathroom was peeling paint and the carpets could have used a deeper clean/vacuum. The views around the property were breathtaking, and the property itself was in a good location, near many places but spaced out far enough to not seem congested.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Small restaurant and bar on site. Free breakfast that was different each morning with nice options. Property surrounding hotel clean and felt safe. Restaurants within walking distance.
Our room was nice. The staff was very thoughtful when we asked about local places to eat. The breakfast options changed slightly each day and offered turkey bacon for us none pork eaters. Would definitely stay again
The room was great with a small sectional type couch for my wife and I to sit, read and talk daily. Everything was good. The only negative would be that we stayed three nights and never had our room cleaned, which wasn’t a huge deal but the trash piled up on us. We saw the cleaning person and emptied our trash and picked up some tissues since our room wasn’t serviced. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked like a good for a hotel breakfast. Property was clean and at a good location. Will probably come back and stay again.
Perfect choice to stay. Location is ideal, adjacent to main hwy and with a variety of places to eat within steps of the property. The hotel has free breakfast daily & free parking. Rooms are spacious, equipped with mini fridge, to stock up on snacks and drinks, and ample space to accomodate a family. (very roomy) and the sofa bed in each room is great for a comfortable, convenient & more affordable option for a family with more than 2 kids or travelers that would otherwise need to book a 2nd room.
(While still being Spacious enough to not feel crammed into one room)
The front desk staff don't really go out of their way, and could be a little warmer or friendlier, if I am being honest, They are just there to check you in/out, but unfortunately, that seems to be the quality of service you get from most hotels nowaday! So this doesn't go towards this property in particular.
I think this is a great placce to stay!!
The room was nice but it didnt have a bathtub! And the AC was really loud. Butter location was good and the place was clean. I loved that they had coffee out in the morning before breakfast was out.
Excellent breakfast and clean room. 20 minutes to pike peak and 10 minutes to the garden of gods . Mountain View room may help sleep good. Highway side is a little...
I will give 9.0 to this Hyatt.
