A huge plus was access to the washer and dryer in the common area. The only ‘con’ was that there was no microwave in the unit, but there are two microwaves in the common area for use. This is very clear in the photos I just didn’t notice it till I was there. The neighborhood does have some abandoned boarded up homes and buildings, but I never had any issues with anyone and I never felt unsafe despite being a woman staying alone. there is a park right across the alley that’s great for a little exercise or families. The WIFI worked great and I was able to work remotely for the two weeks I stayed there. The TV has access to live Roku channels as well as apps. I met the cleaner on a couple of occasions and she was extremely kind and meticulous about cleaning the rooms. I also met the maintenance man who came by after hours to help with a small issue I had with the Internet. Despite it being late in the day he stayed to make sure it was taken care of. Anytime I reached out to the property manager I was responded to in a timely manner, again even if it was after hours which I really appreciate. Also maybe a weird plus for people like me but there are extremely friendly squirrels that will come up to you and you can hand feed them nuts ##### Megan C. The property was very difficult to find and the property manager had the hot tub temperture locked at a very cold temperature so that it was unusable. The dog in the neighboring room disturbed our stay as owners played fetch with it at 3am and we could hear the large ball moving around and dog barking. ##### Kristin H.
