Unit was clean, well stocked and a great place to lay our heads for a couple of days while in the Springs. Conveniently located to so many downtown spots. There was homelessness in the area that was a bit concerning but thankfully there was a "grounds keeper" that kept a close eye on things and noone every bothered us. The home is historical so it structurally has some blemishes from the outside but seemed sound indoors. The only downside we had was the upstairs unit was rented to a family that though legal in Colorado vaped weed a lot so the smell was strong in the foyer and at times in our unit as well. They had a small child so there was extra noise but with a little that's not really something that can be avoided. They were nice in every other way and we didn't have any conflicts. ##### Renee W.
