With easy access to I25, downtown, local hospitals, Colorado College, and Fort Carson, you'll be near all the city's highlights. Stroll, cycle, rent a scooter, or drive to the vibrant downtown area, bustling with dining, shopping, and nightlife options.
Experience comfort in the expansive bedroom featuring a Queen bed, coupled with a beautiful custom-tiled 3/4 bathroom housing an all-in-one washer/dryer. Though compact, the kitchen is fully fitted with a 2-burner hot plate, microwave, and an apartment-sized fridge. Choose between bar-top counter seating or a formal dining table for meal times. The generous living room, equipped with a Smart TV, invites relaxation, while a desk space offers a picturesque mountain view as your work backdrop.

-There is a sleeper sofa available in the Living Room for additional sleeping
-The back courtyard is a fenced-in shared space with 2 other units
-There is a train track across the street that runs a few times a day.
-There is no range/oven but there is a convection microwave and hot plate.
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
