We needed about 2 months of furnished rental in a pleasant neighborhood close to services and within driving distance of our new home construction. The owner communicated prior to our arrival and was very responsive to questions and needs during our stay. With a 30 night minimum stay, it's not a place aimed at the vacationer but works perfectly for those with work or relocation needs. Good wifi allowed us the connectivity needed to work.
