The Space:

The living spaces are designed to bring everyone together, featuring plush seating, Smart TVs, and tasteful décor. The main living room is perfect for film nights or quiet relaxation, while the basement living room offers an additional lounge space, ideal for gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure. Please note that the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

🏊 Pool: The pool is closed for the season and will reopen on May 1, 2027. It is open seasonally from May 1 through Labour Day each year.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalised guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorised Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
